A professional, safe space for couples, aimed at improving the quality of the relationship, understanding the patterns of interaction between both partners, and developing healthier ways to communicate and handle disagreements.

Premarital CounselingPsychological preparation before marriage: expectations, roles and responsibilities, communication styles and shared decision-making — to build a more conscious, stable relationship.

Sessions are based on psychological counseling, behavioral interventions, and communication and problem-solving skills. They do not include prescribing, adjusting or stopping any medication — that is the role of a psychiatrist.

“A more conscious relationship begins when we learn how to understand each other, not how to change each other.”
